PPCN brings 25 years of digital health expertise, patient-first thinking, and EU programme leadership to the problems health systems can't solve from the inside alone. Operating across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Digital health is not one problem. It sits at the junction of patient experience, clinical reality, technology, policy, complex regulatory environment, and market access — and requires expertise in all of them simultaneously.
EU consortium delivery, national strategy advisory, hospital procurement, and technology market expansion — across Europe, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia.
Claus F. Nielsen is CEO and co-founder of PPCN.xyz ApS, a Copenhagen-based digital health advisory operating across Europe and Southeast Asia. With 25 years spanning clinical informatics, EU Horizon procurement, and emerging-market health systems, he works at the intersection of health technology policy, procurement law, and commercial strategy.
He led development of the 15-gram ePatch ECG monitor at FORCE Technology — later licensed to Philips and deployed across more than 100,000 cardiac patients. As CEO of PPCN he secured €9.7M in Horizon 2020 funding as WP2 lead on CRANE and consortium partner on ROSIA, two EU Pre-Commercial Procurement programmes covering chronic care and remote rehabilitation. He co-founded the Data for Good Foundation ($13M raised for trustworthy health-data sharing) and led the consortium bidding Qatar's $50M national telehealth infrastructure.
